What are your operating times?
Our online platform, www.wineaffairs.com is open for you to place your orders 24/7, and all year round. However, our business operating hours are Mondays – Saturdays 9am-5pm
How do I place an order?
It’s simple. Just add your desired products to your shopping cart and follow the procedure to place your order successfully. If you encounter any technical difficulties, please call us and we would gladly take your order over the phone.
What is the minimum order I can place?
The minimum total order is six(6) bottles.
What is the Maximum order I can place?
The maximum order is unlimited. So you can place as much as you wish to purchase.
Can I order by phone call or email?
We encourage the best way to place your order is through our online platform. However, we understand that sometimes you may like to speak to us or there may be technical difficulties. Can I cancel my order once it has been placed?
Please note that once order has been paid for, delivery process begins immediately, hence you cannot cancel the order.
